Returns and Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy, we gladly accept returns for store credit or a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when received: unworn, undamaged, and sellable with original tags and packaging.
Altered apparel is not eligible for returns.
Non-returnable items include: clearance, discounted, or intimate apparel due to hygiene concerns.
Proof of purchase: An order number is required to process a return or exchange.
Refund options:
1. A full refund to the original payment method
2. An exchange for a different size, color, or item
3. Store credit for future purchases
Shop Charmaine reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether merchandise is in a saleable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected and returned at your expense.
Handling Fee:
A $10 return handling fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit for any return, exchange, or refund.
Processing Times:
Once the item is in transit back to our warehouse, refunds or credits will be issued to your original payment method (minus the handling fee and any original shipping fees).
Immediate exchanges are available without delay. With a credit card hold, your card will only be charged if the return item has not been scanned within seven days.
You will receive an email notification once your refund, credit, or exchange is processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
