Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

Shipping will be processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.
